• Formspree: processes contact and recruitment form submissions, including uploaded application PDFs, on our behalf as a data processor.
• Google Analytics: processes limited website usage information only after you choose “Allow analytics”.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Your IP address may be logged by Google when fonts are requested. Please refer to Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com for details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact form enquiries: up to 2 years from the date of last contact
• Client care records: in accordance with CQC requirements and applicable health and social care regulations
• Unsuccessful job applications: normally up to 6 months after the recruitment decision, unless we obtain permission to retain them longer
• Successful job applications: relevant records are transferred to the employee file and kept under our workforce retention schedule
• Google Analytics data: configured for no more than 14 months

Data is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
